About Isoklamp
Isoklamp develops preload-recovering fastener hardware. We started from a specific gap in the literature: every locking device on the market arrests rotational self-loosening, and none of them recovers the 10 to 40 % of preload a joint loses without the nut rotating. ISOKLAMP CFR is our answer to that.
What we are building
ISOKLAMP CFR is a two-part washer that occupies the position of a plain washer and recovers stack height as the joint relaxes, latching each gain so it cannot be given back. It arrests rotational loosening as well, because the ramp lead angle exceeds the thread lead angle — but the rotational lock is the part the market already had. How it works →
How we publish
- Model-predicted figures are labelled as model-predicted, everywhere they appear.
- Physical testing will be done at an accredited independent house, not in-house.
- Competitor articles are named, and bought on the open market rather than supplied.
- Raw data is released alongside the charts, as CSV.
- Results are published in full, whichever way they go.

Pre-revenue. No field data. The verification programme is costed and scheduled, and the design-partner programme is open with eight slots, two per sector.
All ISOKLAMP CFR performance figures on this site are model-predicted from closed-form bolted-joint mechanics (VDI 2230 Sheet 1) and finite-element analysis. No physical testing of ISOKLAMP hardware has been performed. Patent applications are in preparation; none has been filed. ISOKLAMP CFR is not certified to 3-A, EHEDG, NSF, ATEX, DNV or any other scheme.
